The Candidate
Your passion for Sales and Business Development will allow you to succeed in this role. Surrounded by an experienced open-minded and supportive team, your average day at the BCI office will include:

Identifying and cold-calling new sales prospects
Building a sales pipeline
Making appointments
Presenting BCI’s service online or face to face
Generating quotations and closing sales

Great presentation skills, strong negotiation and communication skills.
Young & energetic, self-­motivated and has the drive to succeed.
Proven sales experience in B2B, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Ideally able to start work at short notice.
Must willing to work at Rajdamri Public area.
Good commands in English speaking, reading, writing and listening.



Develop marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing target, communication planning and competitor analysis
Control budget of each project assigned
Contacts and coordinates with customer, supplier and agency in order to process follow the plan assigned
Manage project portfolio of assigned products promote short and long term plan to ensure project achieving

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing or Business Administration, Mass communication, or related field
At least 3 years’ experience in marketing with background in real estate or similarly
Creative, initiative, proactive, result and customer oriented
Strategic thinker with good interpersonal skills
Able to work well under pressure atmosphere
Able to work 6 days/week


Duties & Responsibilities
• Coordinating requests from Client/Sales with the Operations team
• Manage and grow accounts to meet Company target
• Work with Project Managers to develop a thorough understanding of upcoming projects and their requirements
• Support in the troubleshooting and resolution of issues
• Pipeline management (sales forecasting) for production purposes
• Completeness & refinement of all information required to the Operations and Customer Services team
• Liaise with sales on pricing evaluation for closing rates, size etc.
• Coordination with Resources Management in relations to language requirements and pricing with the appropriate resources
• Guide & Support sales to extract the required information from the client

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales/ Marketing or any related fields with at least 3 years experiences
• Advanced working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Good understanding of localization principles and processes would be an advantage
